Liapades Recycling Center are a voluntary group that is trying to keep Liapades clean by:
- organising voluntary clean-ups in our village and its beaches;
- operating a recycling centre to reduce the pressure on our green waste bins and minimise the waste going to landfill.
The volunteers who operate the Liapades Recycling Centre would like to confirm:
* No volunteers are paid.
* No funding is received from the municipality or private contractors.
* Volunteers have no affiliation to any politician or political party.
* The Recycling Centre depends upon donations from customers and local businesses to cover any operating costs.
